Compensation Plan - Overview - 50% Revenue Payout


50% revenue payout. Fifty percent... 50!!

I'll give you a run down of my initial thoughts:
~ Well that's too good to be true. ~ The product must be expensive. ~ How can the founders stay in the black? ~ Is this a scheme? 

In order to get answers to those and other questions, I listened to the compensation plan developer, Bryan Robert. He is a professional in the field, with over 20 year experience. He said, "I honestly believe it's the best opportunity for people... to change their life." It would take me days or years of learning to understand how the numbers work, but Bryan does his best to explain it in laymen's terms.

I'm sure Bryan Robert has seen a lot of evil people in his career, and when you contact him for work, he'll tell you up front some professional rules he has. For example, he says he won't develop a plan where an unreasonable amount of money flows to the top, and his firm likes compensation plans that benefit the distributors. CEO John de Vries agreed. And the Xseed Compensation Plan was born.

Over the next several days, I'm going to break down the 9 ways to get paid. There is no other comp plan like this one. The goal is simple: have a competitively priced product and be aggressive in compensation, will result in the distributors zealously sharing.
