The 'tomorrow' spoken in that quote, is here for us today. We all get the same exact one. So we must ask, what did we learn from yesterday? From the past 7 yesterdays? And most importantly, what will we do about it now?

The more I learn about this strange thing called network marketing, the more excited I become. My myth's are being busted. My faith in the American dream is being restored.

Take a few minutes and listen to this speech by Eric Worre. It will ignite you. It did me.

Network marketers are interrupting the flow of money and power to those at the top of the corporate ladder. We are creating local jobs and opportunities. We are buying from our neighbors and friends. We are keeping our money, in our community. 

Big brother wants us to be followers. Followers are easier to manipulate. Followers won't be leaders. Followers won't make waves. Well my friends, I may be a sheep, but my Shepherd doesn't sit at the throne of a high rise or white house.

As our society spirals and spins, faster and faster, I want to make sure I keep my feet firmly planted in the knowledge that I have control. I am free. My future is in my hands.

Today is my tomorrow! And I am ready!

Compensation Plan - Binary Commissions

Welcome to the next way to get paid! We have seen the Retail Bonus, Jump Start Commissions, Unilevel Team Commissions, and now we are at Binary Commissions.

If you don't have a background in compensation plans (like me) when I read, "unilevel hybrid with a binary overlay," my eyes crossed. So here it is for you... Simplified!

Binary simply means 'consisting of two.' You'll also hear the terms legs, power legs, left and right, binary tree, etc.

In addition to earning commission on your personal sponsorships (as in the Unilevel Team Commission section), you can also earn commission on one leg of your entire tree, regardless of the sponsor. This part is really, really great! This is where we really see the power of a team shine. 

Since we only have two legs, where do we put our new enrollees after the first two? Well, we place them on the next available leaf in our tree. That next available leaf could be several layers down, thus benefiting many people on our team! 

In short, every new sponsorship has the ability to benefit multiple lives! This does NOT happen in traditional business.

~My right leg volume is $2,500 and my left leg volume is $3,500. At the lowest commission percentage of 10%, I will earn $250 that month. And that my friends, will change my life!!!

Compensation Plan - Unilevel Team Commissions

So far, we have reviewed the Retail Commission, where you can simply be a distributor, and the Jump Start Commission, where you can begin to team build. As your customer base and team build, you will see your organization grow! 

The Unilevel Team Commission section of the Xseed  comp plan, can provide income security, which is why it is an integral part to most network marketing pay structures.

"The stable monthly residual income will come from this commission structure. this structure pays up to 5% of all volume in 7 dynamically compressed levels in your personal enrollment tree. The aggressively compressed levels allow you to be paid on Customers and Executives deeper in your organization than most other network marketing compensation plans". Compensation Plan Overview V1.0

Here's how networking works:

I sponsor 3 people who are as excited as me, which form my first tier of 3 people.
Those 3 each sponsor 3 entrepreneurs, which form my second tier of 9 people.
Those 9 each sponsor 3 go-getters, which form my third tier of 27 people.
Those 27 each sponsor 3, which form my third tier of 81people.
Those 81 each sponsor 3, which form my fourth tier of 243 people.
Those 243 each sponsor 3, which form my fifth tier of 729 people.
Those 729 each sponsor 3, which form my sixth tier of 2,187 people.
Those 2,187 each sponsor 3, which form my seventh tier of 6,561 people.

I am now earning 5% on over 6,500 hard working, motivated people! And I started with only 3.

Wow. Should I make my goal 5 sponsorships? That could result in 7 tiers consisting of 78,125 people. That number is almost incomprehensible isn't it?

Well, check out some statistics first:

--According to Pampered Chef's website, they have a sales force of 60,000, while serving 12 million customers.

--Thirty One's website states that they have 100,000 consultants in the US, since starting in 2003. And this company profile article reveals Thirty One was reaching $700 million in revenue in 2011.

--An article on Forbes.com states that Avon has 6 million representatives in over 100 countries.

--Right now, each week, around 1.2 million Weight Watchers attend over 45,000 meetings around the world, per their website.

Suddenly 78,125 customers and entrepreneurs doesn't sound like so much huh.

Let's do some more math with my original goal of 3 like-minded people...

--I personally, currently spend around $50 / month on my vitamins, green drink, and B12 supplement. If 6,561 people spend their $50 / month on my Xseed products, that results in $328,050 revenue. 5% of that is $16,402.50.

****Disclaimer = These numbers are just examples and math problems to illustrate how network marketing can grow exponentially. This kind of exponential growth takes work and is in no way guaranteed!!! 

However, it IS possible. :) ****

Compensation Plan - Jump Start Commissions

Now this is where the team building begins to come into play!

When you enroll, you become an "Executive". The Executive you enroll with, is your "Sponsor", and of course he or she has a Sponsor. This is how "tiers" are formed. The Jump Start Commission, rewards those who build a team!

"The Xseed Jump Start Commission is a three tiered commission system that pays 50% of the available Jump Start Commissions to the enrolling Executive, 30% to their sponsor, and 20% to the Sponsors' Sponsor". Compensation Plan Overview V1.0

At the time of this post, I haven't learned what the "available Jump Start Commissions" consist of or what the potential is; but I can tell you with absolute certainty, that 50% or 30% or 20% of something, is better than 0% percent.

Compensation Plan - Retail Bonuses

Maybe you are the type of person who is gifted with the ability to share products and/or running a storefront, but doesn't necessarily want to develop an Xseed team. Use your gift!

50% revenue payout. Fifty percent... 50!!

I'll give you a run down of my initial thoughts:

~ Well that's too good to be true. ~ The product must be expensive. ~ How can the founders stay in the black? ~ Is this a scheme? 

In order to get answers to those and other questions, I listened to the compensation plan developer, Bryan Robert. He is a professional in the field, with over 20 year experience. He said, "I honestly believe it's the best opportunity for people... to change their life." It would take me days or years of learning to understand how the numbers work, but Bryan does his best to explain it in laymen's terms.

I'm sure Bryan Robert has seen a lot of evil people in his career, and when you contact him for work, he'll tell you up front some professional rules he has. For example, he says he won't develop a plan where an unreasonable amount of money flows to the top, and his firm likes compensation plans that benefit the distributors. CEO John de Vries agreed. And the Xseed Compensation Plan was born.

Over the next several days, I'm going to break down the 9 ways to get paid. There is no other comp plan like this one. The goal is simple: have a competitively priced product and be aggressive in compensation, will result in the distributors zealously sharing.

First Meeting

Last night at the Hilton Hotel in Ocala Florida, the CEO of Xseed flew in from Las Vegas to meet with a core crew of individuals who have partnered with Xseed during the pre-launch.

The room was filled with people of all different backgrounds! Everything from camouflage to sequins, young and old, scattered throughout the room. The room, by the way, had to be extended because there were twice as many people there than expected.

Excitement and skepticism was in the air. After hearing from four self made men and one woman, only excitement filled the air. Skepticism vanished.

We heard plans, tasted product, learned about seamless technology integration, and more!

We learned of the commitment and integrity of the founders. These are not people who quit. These are people who believe in timing, and seize opportunities when it's right. These are people who I want to learn from.

Pre-Launch

The founders of Xseed have ingeniously created excitement with something called Pre-Launch.

Pre-launch is designed to give those individuals who see the opportunity to have their own business, a chance to get started right away.

We have heard the physician behind the product speak of the health benefits. So even though we haven't seen packaging or marketing, we know it's going to be healthy. We've learned that the products contain high quality vitamins, minerals, seeds, and greens. We've learned it's a product that will sell.

There is also an inherent confidence that comes when one hears the CEO tell the story of how it all began, and why he wants to do something that can change the lives of people, physically and financially.

I personally take a daily multivitamin, drink my greens, and carry snack bars daily. All I have to do is switch brands, and I'm going to end up with a better tasting product with better ingredients. And the best part is that while share this product with people like me, the end result is me essentially getting my products (which are not cheap) paid for! Win. Win.
