When you enroll, you become an "Executive". The Executive you enroll with, is your "Sponsor", and of course he or she has a Sponsor. This is how "tiers" are formed. The Jump Start Commission, rewards those who build a team!

At the time of this post, I haven't learned what the "available Jump Start Commissions" consist of or what the potential is; but I can tell you with absolute certainty, that 50% or 30% or 20% of something, is better than 0% percent.
